What do I do if I lost my password?
If this is your first time logging in, your temporary password is in the letter acknowledging your application. If you no longer have this letter, please call the program office at 800.669.7882.

If you have logged in before, click “I forgot my password/user name.” Enter your Last Name and Delegate ID number, and we will e-mail your password to the student address you entered when you applied. You will receive your password within 15 minutes. If you have your e-mail filter turned on, you should check your spam folder to make sure you do not miss a message from us.

If you do not have access to the e-mail address you entered during your application, please call the program office at 800.669.7882.

What is my user name? How do I create one?
Your user name is the login name you give yourself when you create an account. If you this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to create a user name and password by clicking “create an account”.

I changed my e-mail address in OnBoard but did not receive a new password.
Changing your e-mail address in OnBoard does not change the e-mail we use to communicate with you about your password. If you want to change your password e-mail address, please call the program office at 800.669.7882.

 

I have logged in before but I am unable to log in now.

If you have logged in before but are having trouble logging in now, you may need to reset your cookies and delete the cache from your browser. The most common reason for this is that the last name or ID number was accidentally typed in incorrectly. When this happens, your browser will be stuck remembering the wrong information, and you can't log in. To correct this issue, follow the steps below:

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1.     Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.

2.     In the General tab click "Delete Cookies."

3.     In the General tab click on "Delete Files."

4.     Close and open Internet Explorer.

5.     Log in again.

 

Netscape

1.     Select Options from the Tools menu.

2.     In the Privacy tab, click Clear next to Cookies.

3.     Click OK.

4.     Close and open Netscape

            5.    Log in again.
